Cause:

• Each time you insert a USB memory stick into a MAC computer, the iOS will create hidden files and folders on your memory stick. The player cannot handle these hidden files and folders.

Solution:

• Currently, there is no available solution.

Possible Workarounds:

• Delete the hidden files and folders from your memory stick.

• Avoid using your USB stick with a MAC computer.
